Milo Nagle
Growing up in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Milo developed a lifelong passion for racquet sports that continues to shape both his career and personal life. As a former nationally ranked junior tennis player and NCAA Division I tennis player at the University of Delaware, Milo gained a deep appreciation for the discipline, competition, and sense of community that sports can provide.
Over the past 15 years, Milo has been involved with a variety of country clubs, racquet clubs, and sports facilities, serving in coaching, leadership, and management roles. He is a PPR Level 1 Certified Pickleball Coach who enjoys helping players of all ages and skill levels improve their game through lessons, clinics, and organized programming. Whether introducing someone to pickleball for the first time or helping an experienced player reach new goals, he is passionate about creating a positive, engaging, and rewarding experience on the court.

Kim McGuire
Kim McGuire is a PPR-certified instructor, and a Deland resident with more than five years of experience teaching lessons and clinics across the country. Her coaching focuses on building strong fundamentals and helping players of all ages and skill levels reach their goals.
A partner with leading brands including Head, Nike, and Gamma, Kim also founded Ignite Management Group and manages a roster of professional pickleball athletes. Through her work with the APP Tour, she has helped expand pickleball education and player opportunities at every level.

InstructorKurt Collis
Kurt Collis brings over 23 years of coaching experience and 10+ years teaching pickleball locally. As an IPTPA-certified coach and founder of a successful sports academy, he delivers proven expertise, energy, and a positive coaching style to every lesson.
From beginners to advanced competitors, Kurt focuses on athleticism, technique, strategic play, and confidence — helping players of all ages improve on and off the court.
